Randy L. Langford earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. He was a founding member of the St. Mary’s Restorative Justice Initiative. Randy now works as a criminal defense lawyer in Austin, Texas where he endeavors to utilize restorative justice practices whenever possible to effect healing, peace, and the restoration of wholeness to all stakeholders.
Amanda J. Mangrum earned her Master of Arts degree from Texas State University in 2011. Amanda is an integral part of the Langford Firm working with Mr. Langford and their clients on every aspect of the case. Amanda is dedicated to providing support to individuals during the most trying times of their lives. She makes herself available at all times to answer questions and be a resource for clients to utilize throughout the duration of their case.

Bill White was certified in criminal law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and had dedicated more than 30 years of his legal career to state and federal criminal defense.
Bill was a native of Fort Worth, Texas, and began his career with a judicial clerkship at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals from 1977 to 1978, after graduating from law school at St. Mary's University of San Antonio in 1976. He was also a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, earning a B.A. in government in 1974.
Bill served as the felony court trial chief for the Travis County District Attorney’s Office from 1978 to 1979, and was admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas, the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
